Alaven Pharmaceuticals can provide assistance for patients with or without prescription drug coverage who are in need of Anadrol®-50.

For Insured Patients:

Eligibility Requirement

If you are a patient with prescription drug coverage, yet need assistance working with your insurance company to obtain coverage for Anadrol, you are eligible for assistance.

How To Enroll

Please follow these simple steps:

Step 1 - Call us toll free: 1-800-593-7923 Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm EST. A customer care specialist will take your application right over the phone.

Step 2 – You will need to provide your original prescription for Anadrol (no copies accepted) and a copy of your prescription insurance card (front and back). Please mail these documents to: Alaven Assistance Program, P.O. Box 4008, Clinton, NJ 08809

For Uninsured Patients:

Eligibility Requirement

Are you a patient without prescription drug coverage and a household income that is at or below 200% of the U.S. Federal Poverty Level? If yes, you are eligible for assistance.
